From an AI idea to a system in production.

No slide-only AI strategy. Pick one real workflow, prove value with an acceptance-based pilot, then decide how to invest in platform, integration and operations.

Engagements

Pick one real workflow. Get it moving.

FAQ

Clear questions before we start.

Can you work directly in Korean or English?
Yes. Korean can serve as the primary working language; English covers technical docs, email and cross-border delivery. Chinese is native. Japanese is handled with project partners.
Is remote work possible? Is on-site required?
Remote by default, with short on-site visits by arrangement. For cross-border work we agree overlap hours, meeting cadence and documentation language up front.
How do you price?
Diagnosis and pilots are fixed-scope; ongoing operations are monthly/quarterly. After scoping you get a fixed quote and acceptance criteria, not open-ended day billing.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Client names, system details and project data stay private by default; the site only shows anonymised project types and metrics.
Can the open-source tools be used commercially?
The three repositories currently have no LICENSE, so they are source-available rather than formally open source. You can use them for learning and internal deployment; contact me before commercial use, redistribution or embedding in a product.

A system to ship, or a workflow to improve?

Tell me the current state, the outcome you need and your timeline. I reply within 24–48 hours and start with whether it is worth doing — and the fastest path.
